I ………………………..as …………………………… of Waterpark RFC am fully committed to the Rugby Development Plan. I have read the overview of the Rugby Development Plan and I am fully committed to the aspects of the plan applicable to me.
I acknowledge the need for individual commitment and responsibility to achieve the changes and goals set within the Rugby Development Plan. I am committed to the continuous development of my coaching skills and will attend courses as applicable. l will prepare efficiently for training sessions and provide a safe and enjoyable training/playing environment. In addition to team development I will endeavor to provide all individual player, the assistance and coaching required to improve skills, game reading, team role, individual fitness, strength and conditioning. I agree to have clearly defined selection criteria and to be available to discuss, openly and honestly with any player reasons surrounding non-selection.
I agree to turn up to training and matches at the agreed time with everything required to train/play. I will communicate early and clearly to all players on any changes to same.
I understand and agree that non adherence to the principles* of this commitment by coaches and team management and that that this may result in the removal and or changes in coaching/coaches by the Rugby Committee.
I will respect and treat every player in the same manner irrespective of perceived value or skill levels and I will represent Waterpark RFC to the best of my ability, both on and off the pitch.

The principle is total commitment to the plan. There is of course a provision where there is reasonable reasons communicated and accepted preventing total commitment.
